<h2>Returns & Exchanges</h2>
<p>Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We do cover you if something goes wrong:</p>

<li><strong>Wrong item received</strong> — contact us within 14 days. We'll ship the correct item at no charge.</li>
