Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We do cover you if something goes wrong:
- Damaged or defective items — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Wrong item received — contact us within 14 days. We'll ship the correct item at no charge.
- Size issues — check our size guide before ordering. If your item doesn't match the listed measurements, reach out and we'll work it out.
